The feasibility study is an essential step in the development of a new cooperative enterprise. It can directly lead to the success or failure of the new cooperative. Learn the unique aspects of sound feasibility analysis for cooperatives, how to avoid the predictable pitfalls of the process and lead your new cooperative to success. During this session the speakers will address the following:

1. Designing the research process.
2. The role of the steering committee and the development practitioner.
3. How to get the most out of consultants, and their role in the process.

The trainers will be Bill Patrie, James Wadsworth and Bill Brockhouse.

The program is designed for co-op development practitioners and groups working to start new cooperative enterprises.

There is no fee to attend the program.
